Sister Lakes is located in SouthWestern Michigan, About 12 miles east of St. Joseph/Benton Harbor and about 35 miles north of South Bend, Indiana. There are the 3 Sisters that make up the Heart of Sister Lakes: Round Lake, Big Crooked and Little Crooked Lakes. Usually Magician, Dewey and Cable Lakes are also included in the Greater Sister Lakes Area.


The Sister Lakes Area offers a beautiful countryside
with lakes, rivers, orchards, many wooded areas, vineyards and wineries to tour.
Lake Michigan offers ocean-like beaches to spend a summer afternoon.
The Potowatami Native American tribe still makes this area its home.
